Please take a few moments to familiarise yourself with Zoom, as we do make use of the Chat feature in most classes.

Payment is made when you book a class through Stripe, a secure payment platform that accepts all major debit and credit cards.
You don’t need a Stripe account—just enter your card details at checkout.
If you need a reschedule a class more than 24 hours before it begins, you can do so yourself on the same page you booked it (Classes).
If you need to cancel, or reschedule less than 24 hours before class—we understand that things come up! Late cancellations may not be refunded, especially if they happen frequently—but we aim to be flexible and fair. If you’re ever unsure, just get in touch via zoomabcteachers@gmail.com.
Refunds are processed within two business days through Stripe, but depending on your bank, it may take 5 business days to appear on your statement.
Absolutely! There are a number of samples from real-life classes—with students ranging in age and ability—on our YouTube channel.
In General English 1:1 classes and B2 Speaking Skills group classes—occasionally, yes. These will be fairly simple tasks to prepare for the next session.
For other classes, no.
It is only absolutely necessary if the learner is a complete beginner. Of course, you are welcome to observe classes at any time you please.
Unfortunately not! This will require an accent coach rather than an ESL teacher, which is not a service we offer as of yet.
Absolutely! Just please do not upload group classes publicly.
